>The game looks much much MUCH better than XY thanks to the new models and the trainers in the background
>It pushes the 3DS capabilities to the limit
>It has the most unique region yet
>It's the only game up until now to change the core formula a bit
>It dropped the gyms, and the Elite Four and Champion were played with as a concept
>It had the first female villain in the franchise, and it played with the "good guys are actually bad" trope. First time the franchise does this
>It actually tried to tell a story, just like Black and White did
>Lillie, Gladion and Lusamine provided a really interesting dynamic
>It has more new Pokémon than XY
>The Ultra Beasts were a really cool addition and it played with multiple realities and stuff
>Family abuse is not a topic you really see in children's games
>It's, without a doubt, the game with the richest secondary cast. Whether you like it or not, it's not up for debate
