Eg. It couldn't get Superpower, not even by tutor, until fucking LGPE. GF seems adamant on keeping it associated with Mind Reader/Dynamic Punch basic combo, Submission bullshit, Wake-Up Slap carryover from Poliwhirl, and Circle Throw being the most recent addition in Gen V. That's the kind of bullshit that plagues the line. Any moves it can learn, others can get more use out of them. It cannot even learn Seismic Toss normally, I don't know what the fuck GF wants out of Poliwrath, they might as well excise the Fighting-type from it and just let it be a Physical-slanted Water-type. It can't even relearn the non-Fighting-type move Body fucking Slam after evolving, something its previous form had.
Getting Power-Up Punch was probably the best thing that ever happened to it, and that says something about it.
