improve a pokemon that is competitively shit by giving it a new move/altering bst
for this guy, swap base spa and hp, and give it a signature move among the lines of 'reaping strike', a night shade that restores hp equal to damage dealt
now it at least isn't outshined by its evo in every aspect because it has some level of recovery now and is more bulky
also it could run an assault vest set with the new move, shadow sneak, and coverage moves like the elemental punches or payback
at the same time it probably gets fucked by normal types, especially chansey, so it's not too strong
