It shouldn't be a "Baby" Mon and instead be a first stage. Stopping Kangaskhan from hatching with a baby in its pouch is a good enough excuse.

It makes sense if you view salazzle as a masker mind.Salandit=Low thief, Theoretical split=dumb brute grunt,salazzle equal boss.Also if your a scalie some potential to bully it for not evolving into salazzle

Pokemon that should be its own separate Pokemon?

Pic fucking related. At the very least it should have been a separate form for Kanto Marowak ala Giratina or Deoxys. Instead of an alt evo to Cubone.

Expectations:
The dexcut will serve to "fix" weird things like
>Kangaskhan being born from an egg with a child already in its pouch;
>Nidoran and Nidoran having separated Pokédex entry numbers instead of being different forms of the same Pokémon like every other Pokémon ever;
>Fixing female MISTER Mime and Mime JUNIOR by making it male only*, like Jynx is female only (*in the west only. I know, I know... Mr.Mime is not called Mr.Mime in Japan);

Reality:
None of these things will happen and these mons will most likely be cut anyway.

I wish those expectations were reality.
But those mons you mentioned almost certainly won't be cut, because they're all from gen 1. They'll survive, albeit without any of their glaring issues addressed.

There needs to be a foot based Pokemon. It's moves would be:

Stomp
Double Kick
Mud Slap
Sweet Scent
Poison Gas
Smelling Salts
Aroma Therapy
Trick or Treat
Stomping Tantrum

It's appearance would change depending on its gender.

Ability:
>March
Raises attack one stage after every turn, includes allies.

Hidden ability:
>Ticklish
This Pokemon will always flinch if hit with Lick or Feather Dance
