No, but in all seriousness, there are more factors at play than just transferring. A lot of people believe that there is no or little post-game content, so if you're a stickler for that you may at least want to wait and see. Also people think that by buying these games, you're agreeing with the fact that you think it is okay for Pokemon to be omitted into the next games as well. You're a big girl now though, you should determine what you want to do with your money. I've got my preorder for a double pack since I always buy two copies- one for me and one for my sister and I also don't give much of a fuck about the omissions despite having at least one box full of Pokemon with different ribbons from different battle towers over the years which won't all be transferable, yet I don't mind.

The natdex cut is hardly the biggest flaw with the game, though. It's mostly just given so much attention because "the games suck but they have to program every pokemon" being a common defense of poor game quality before this.
Just going by the pattern presented by the newer games, they're probably still gonna be piss easy, still gonna have bland team comp, still gonna have no meaningful endgame, still gonna have shitty mediocre minigames, etc.
At this point the question should be "is there any reason I should get SS?", clearly you've learned by now that not every Pokemon game is worth buying.
