Solar Beam and Sky Attack were both buffed to 200 BP for LGPE, but as >>40552480 mentioned, they probably will probably be returned to their old base power, which is kind of a shame, since they would be strong and more worth using, but probably not broken.

Solar Beam would be worth using in Sun.

Sky Attack would just be used as a ghetto Supersonic Skystrike that's vulnerable to Knock Off and has a 10% chance to miss.

If it didn't boost Pursuit damage, it would be a wonderful addition to the game. It doesn't when doing the same thing in a rom hack.
