First thing you need to consider is that maybe others are right. For the longest time people have told me I'm kinda disjointed from the world and I always thought "nonono you don't understand me". Now I can safely say that this is the case and be pretty okay with it. In my case it's not the area that particularly bothers me nor is it my priority to change it. Might be different for you tho. Taking criticism is really important. Don't be afraid to ask questions either. There's no shame in trying to improve yourself and people are generally way nicer about it than you think
For not being paranoid you need to realize nothing matters. You're meaningless and so is everything and everyone. It doesn't matter what others think and that stupid thing you did doesn't matter either. We'll all perish without a single trace eventually. The only real goal in life is to be happy so why be angsty over things that don't matter? It hinders your chances of becoming happy
Learning how to talk to people is the hardest for me but as I make babysteps towards it I can tell you that practice is incredibly important. When you stop to observe things you'll notice that people mostly say the first thing that comes to their mind. Holding your thoughts in because you think they're stupid is unjustified. And again, people are generally way nicer than you think or simply don't give a fuck
I found that having a busy lifestyle makes you give a fuck about all of the above way less. Productivity and structure gives you confidence
Lastly, getting out of your comfort zone is important. Admittedly I struggle with it a lot, but there's no hurry. Take as much time as you want
Those are the philosophies that had helped me a bunch so far. Don't expect immediate effects. Just keep them in your mind and slowly try to apply them to your life. Hope that rant helped. I'm rooting for ya, anon
