I was curious to see what the fuck myself because people kept saying opposite things and I wanted to be sure when arguing about them and I wanted to do a full tear down of them too but I also just couldn't leave the collection incomplete.
I knew 8 was going to be terrible if it wasn't delayed and it would've irked me to have just stopped in the middle of the last Gen I did play.
With Gen 8 confirmed being even worse I now consider the collection complete. I own 2 - 5 copies of every Gen 1 - 7 game (main and side) save Trash Go which I just got the pair of and that's where it stops unless/until they fix the main series.
