Hey everyone. Since this board has such an issue with what seems to be every single aspect of SWSH, I think it’d be constructive to decide what would be an acceptable alternative. So here’s a thread for that! If you’re not buying SWSH, whether it’s because of Dex cuts, GF’s laziness, muh OoT tree, recycling models, etc. i would personally love to hear the criteria you would want a new Pokémon game to include.

Using my observations, I’ll go first:

- All 809 Pokémon from previous games
- All previous mega evolutions and Z-moves
-New megas for gens 4/8
-New z-moves for the gimmick mons from gen 8
-No dynamax/gmax
-100+ new Pokémon (including Galar forms)
-Eeveelution(s)
-BotW style realism/graphics
-Toggled Exp Share
-Non-linear story
-Follower pokemon
-Post game that includes new island/region, battle frontier, battle tower, etc.
-No curry, instead poffins/etc
-No Gen1 references/influence


Anything I’m missing? I’m genuinely interested in what you have to say, and what would satisfy YOU as a Pokémon fan
