It 100% needs an offensive buff, because it's only SE against three types, one of which is Hyper offense, the other two are uncommon defensive types anyway.
You clearly have no grasp of anything I am saying, you literally cannot understand why I would mention Abomasnow getting better because you don't understand how a general buff to ice would make every icemon better. Freeze Dry is a fucking pointless move when weakness to ice would literally be better for everything.
