Maybe they will introduce a move that activates electric terrain and rain in the same turn. The weather system from the wild area might actually bring something new and cool.

Rain is like second best weather.

I think sand is still the best because Tyranitar and the SP.Def it gives rock types.

The only 2 that are kinda bad are sun and hail and sun is getting nerfed in gen 8
