2. It's not a question of beating every pokemon in OU 1v1, but the question is if RotomW will have an option that'll favor your team/that'll put you in an advantageous position against most of the OU mons.
Most grass type mons counter rotomW, but it doesn't matter because they are so shitty that any other mon of your OU team should handle him without any hassle.
Let's take an example: whimsicott (that is one of the better grass mons confirmed for swsh) shits on rotomW.
However you just need to switch on most future toptiers (ferrothorn, toxapex, galarian wheezing, etc) to bypass the threat.
RotomW will be a great utility mon with good bulk and typing that will be impossible to corner: he will be toptier in the future meta.
