if youre tracking whats been guessed then the most efficient way to do it would be sequentially so

00000001
00000010
00000011 etc so youre not doubling up on attempts at the same number.
with pure random guessing its like, if you had a bag with 128 balls, youre trying to find the 1 gold ball, all the rest are white. But each time you pull a white ball, you put it back in the bag. Now if you have multiple people pulling from multiple bags, sure eventually someone will pull the winning ball, someone may even get it their first try, but the odds remain the same
