think of emuNAND and sysNAND as having 2 separate switch's.

>emuNAND = Pirate/hacked games (if you go online = BAN)

Every switch has a unique cert that identifies it. If your switch gets banned, it means nintendo is blocking that cert from connecting to their servers. This is why it's crucial to stay offline in emunand. Thankfully there's an easy way to do that with Incognito, which completely removes all the certificate stuff from your emunand so even if you tried to connect to nintendo's servers, it wouldn't work because there's no cert for them to verify. So you can use the internet for everything else (IE: hbgshop aka freeshop for switch), just not play games online or anything nintendo.

I hacked mine but I think this game isn't even worth downloading for free. It sucks because gen8 was one of the main reasons I got the switch.

I was waiting to see the starter evos and wait for the showdown roster to update but at this point I'm done with the series as a whole.
