What about a more "realistic" pokémon game
There should be "sport" battles and serious battles in which pokémon have a change to die
An evil team being actually evil
"oh no i lost, take the item i wanted to hide from you, see ya"
No, fucking hit him, shoot the trainer with a gun or hurt him with another pokémon when he let his guard down
why do the evil guys follow the rules? nothing prevents them from using dozens of pokémon
And of course there should be some regulations, pokémon are like weapons a 10yo shouldn't have a bazooka
