If you're not buying SwSh then what is your reason for being on /vp/ anymore?

I'm being legit. My reason for staying here even though I don't plan to buy the game is that I'm still curious on what gets revealed. What keeps you going?

Even though I don't plan on buying the games I still love the pokemon themselves.
They're some of my favorite creature designs ever.
Plus I still have all the old games to go back to to play and discuss.

This exactly. I love Pokémon and stil lwant to know everything, it just won't be firsthand this time because I just don't care about this specific trash pair of games.

Again, I love Pokémon so I'm also never going to stop complaining. Fat chance I make it another 18 years to 50, let alone 80 but if they're still making trash then and I AM still alive you can bet I'll still be complaining.

There are other aspects of Pokemon that can be discussed and enjoyed without always talking about the latest thing coming out.
Older games, spinoffs, (albeit most were killed in favor of mobileshit) TCG, romhacks/fangames, and etc.

My statement stands that there's a LOT to like about pokemon that dont involve the new games. I stay here for the bug type threads and to see how the franchise, well, evolves. Sometimes there are fun threads going on.

Considering leaving once the sword and shield thing blows over, especially if they end up selling well.
