I'd like to see someone do a full breakdown of what Rampardos is and what it does, as its on the extreme end of the Pokedex as far as uniqueness goes and arguably very close to Shedinja in terms of purposeful design.

Rampardos doesn't need to be crazy base 125 fast but I still feel like it needs something. It needs a lot of things honestly, but just a little stat rearranging and maybe Dragon Dance/ Rock Polish could do it a lot of good.
