It's a really dumb animation error, yes. I have no clue how they fucked it up like that. But at the same time, it's literally only present for like 2 frames and occurs when a fuckload of other stuff is happening on the screen drawing the eye away from it.
There's plenty of real major shit to complain about. You don't need to keep bringing up the most minor of errors.
