Why has GF not shown the evolved forms of the starters yet? Normally they've at least reveal the second form by now.

Because they're NOT showing them this time - they confirmed with Famitsu they were deliberately holding back the reveals to allow players to discover more for themselves, as a result of feedback from Gen VII.
