I'm pretty sure all the members that did believed in the cause, excluding N, reformed at the Driftveil City Town house. Even one of the Seven sages, Rood, believed that Pokemon Liberation was a good cause and I'm sure some others do, too.

If Team Plasma had their way the world would be over.
Too many Pokémon are downright dangerous to everyone when left alone; Gengar, Spiritomb, Tapu Lele, Skarmory, Aggron etc.
We need to control Pokémon not only for our safety, but the safety of Pokémon themselves.
