>>40631802top row 1: the idea of the ears becoming a headwrap/scarf is creative and cool but it doesn't read well. what's the theme here anyway, russian? the red stars feel out of place and the hand/leg wrap markings feel like an after thought as if the designer thought "oh shit yeah it's supposed to look like a fighter"
top row 2: it's a neat idea, but it looks more like a fighting-type alterante delphox. doesn't look like scorbunny at all, if you gave it fox ears it'd make a good stand alone pokemon
top row 3: literally what is this? it doesn't have anything from scorbunny on it, it doesn't even have damn rabbit ears! the giant gold rings on it's arms and around it's neck scream gen 5 and not in a good way
top row 4: same issue as the white one, the ears wrapped around to form a cowboy hat is clever, but doesn't read well. however i think the idea of it being an outlaw is kind of fun and neat. clearly meant to appeal to bara furries with the pubes and defined pecs. i would like this one if it were tweaked just a little more, and used a softer red maybe?
bottom row 1: looks more like a dragon quest monster than a pokemon. doesn't incorporate anything from scorbunny's design, and the little balls don't tie into the design at all
bottom row 2: this one is a bunch better executed version of the previous one, i like the idea of the black fur balls almost resembling soot or smoke clouds. not a fan of the "hat" through. same as the others, it doesn't really feel like scorbunny, but would make a good standalone pokemon
bottom row 3: this one's alright as a "chinese zodiac" design, and it does incorporate more elements of scorbunny, but the color scheme really hurts my eyes to look at, would prefer if the black pars were all white/cream at least
bottom row 4: this one is conflicting cus i think it's a creative concept, and it's actually a smart evolution of scorbunny's design motifs, but i hate how waifubait-ey it is
