If the arms and legs were not spaghettis, he'd look pretty good, but i'd rather wait until we have more footage to form a more developed opinion. For example, I was Team Froakie, saw the first leak and panicked, but when we got high quality pictures a couple days later i realized it was actually pretty good. Likewise i was Team Litten, saw the leak, but didn't mind because it would obviously not be leaked 6 months prior, but i thought it looked like shit. It turns out to be true, so i wait for stockholm to kick in, but after using him in-game i realize it was worse that i thought, so i released it.
Intelleon is like a middle ground for me. I feel like his animations will completely make or break him for me, because the design isn't convincing me at all, but it might look cool in motion.
