Usually pick up the new games at midnight. Wasn’t planning on doing that this time because of a meh prerelease period, but the leaks sealed the deal: won’t be buying this gen unless I receive as a gift ornget a good deal used.

Thanks anon. It’s a bittersweet decision but I think I can finally be happy with the fact I’m just not the target audience for these games. Hope everyone who picks them up enjoys the hell out of them, and if many do, I probably will as well.

I mean, there is a lot more to it then just designs for me, and my decision to buy it kinda has me hating myself but enjoy. there is still Smash, Daemon X, and plenty of other games to be played.

I pretty much only play for new Pokemon, so that’s the main reason for my decision. But you’re right, plenty of other games to play so I’m not losing sleep over it.
