It's a cool viking cat dwarf gremlin thing. I really don't get why they didn't just make it its own line because it looks nothing like Meowth, but the design is great.

The design is fine in my opinion, but holy shit do the 3D models seem to suck.
Every model-leaked pokemon revealed so far seems to be overly smooth, textureless, and bland.
The artwork will probabpy do it more justice.

The furless part is meant to be a helmet - a combination of one of those stereotypical viking helmets and a miner's lamp (with the coin being the 'light'. The thick fur then acts as sort of a beard.

It evolves from Galarian Meowth. People are saying it may be a split evolution though and we just haven't seen the Galarian Persian. I like the idea of it being its own evolution though.

I fucking love the design. Its a miner barbarian and retains its hands, making it a superior life form to the persian which loses its hands. Also it looks like a cheeky bastard which gives no fucks. This thing is the only good design to come out of gen 8 and I am confused as to why they hid this absolute brilliance but were willing to show off trash like galar wheezing.
