I think Sobble's second form is pefect. He's probably among my favorite mid starters. But Intelleon is so god damned disappointing. I never thought the disappointment of Dewott to four-legged thing could be topped, but Sobble's line takes the cake.

Well in my Opinion the Sobble Evo looks like a wingless charizard painted blue and wearing some armor.

The Gorilla is actually good but not in the way you think. It has been suggested several times in Pokemon lore that humans are themselves a type of Pokemon so this is why you do: The that Gorilla the Fossil Pokemon and add a Dex entry about the its DNA is almost an exact match of Human DNA.
