I heard the game will be around 12gb or about as large as, if not large than, Breadth of the Wild. I personally like several of the designs. The Gigantimaxing seems ok, it's the dynamaxing that's lazy as shit (but GMax also seems very similar to megas so I guess there's that). I'm not trying to be contrarian, I legitimately think these games could be good and want to try it out. Do understand the hate, but also I wanna play the next core game in the series that has captured my imagination since I've been 5 or so. Regardless, each generation (except maybe 6 & 7, also never got LG) has been special to me and this could possibly reignite that again. I just can't help but get excited every time there's a leak, or whenever Pokemon announces something. I'm sure many are still going to purchase the game, and it is like THE best selling franchise in gaming. I know I've kinda drifted away from any gaming as I age but Pokemon remains the only one I tend to come back to. I doubt it will ever live up to the nostalgia and place in our hearts previous generations accomplished ,but maybe they'll eventually recapture that with new designs, regions (please GF another game with one from the past), stories, and features. If they truly are as terrible as you (and many others) are predicting I'm sure there will be enough backlash on social media and direct feedback as well as falling sales for additional products (plushies, shirts, etc.). Pokemon isn't going anywhere but employees, ideals, and strategy will fluctuate.
