Thus, out of the above, the rare ones are Arceus, Keldeo, Genesect, Diancie, Hoopa, Volcanion, Marshadow, and Zeraora.
Out of these, Arceus has recieved the most distributions.
Diancie has recieved the second most as far as I know, including catch up events (Keldeo also got one of these). Keldeo is 3rd, with slightly more than Genesect and Hoopa, which are 4th roughly. The 3 rarest thus are Volcanion, Marshadow, and Zeraora.
Now out of these, 2 were end-of-gen closer promos, namely Volcanion and Zeraora. Marshadow is in high demand due to how useful it is, but it was only distributed ONCE, in 2017. The north american version in particular is the rarest, as it was distributed for less than a month, as a Halloween promo. While Zeraora technically also was only done once, it was in 4 countries (Volc in 5), while Marshadow was in 3.
Thus, Marshadow is the rarest event mythical.
