1. He is mid game and haven't seen everything
2. Impidimp is shown to be catch early as seen from the Demo from the NPC.
3. Impidimp would have not been shown this early, mainly because all Pseudo have been show to be rare and late game
The fact you guys are calling it a pseudo legendary is the same reason for Aggron, Volcarona, and Haxorus, it look cool. Look at Goodra.
