Sorta disappointed so far. Boltund is ok, hopefully purple boy will evolve into something cool, I have no idea what it's meant to be. The urchin is an oddball, I don't know what role it's meant to play.

Dog is a good boy. Morpeko is alright but I will not use it. Sea urchin is weird, really looking forward to what it look like. Poison/electric one have potentials to evolve into something cooler. If it happen, I'm getting it for my team.

Purple digimon looks bad, but has strong potential for its evolutions.
Morepeko is OK as far as being an obligatory Pikaclone, but it's probably the worst in that category.
Electric zoomer looks great, let's hope a clearer image doesn't ruin that.

Okay. The green in Yamper doesn’t work for me, and I think the eyes on both aren’t great (worse on Bolthund), but overall pretty inoffensive.

Needs a clearer picture. I’ll probably like it though.

Neutral for now. It has potential, as I hated Impidimp but the evolutions redeemed it, so it could be awesome if/when it evolves.

Cool idea, terrible execution. My least favorite Pikaclone. It’s the eyes and Shauna/Chespin mouth, I think.

My takeaway? Eyes are important to designs. They don’t have to be Gen 1 Toriyama eyes, but edits I’ve seen of Yamper and Morpeko both look better with edited eyes.
