Aquatic Pokémon all being water-type is boring, it's like if all terrestrial Pokémon were part ground-type.
The problem here is that mono fighting is already ridiculously common and frankly is a boring as fuck type. Should've gone with fighting/poison or something at least.

Fighting hasn't really had particularly good representation this time round even though I like Sirfetch'd. This thing is alright but the lucha theme was done better by Hawlucha while having Accelgor's head, it's pure Fighting, and this is in a game with gigamax Machamp and Kommo-o in.

My guess is it will be different by having a bunch of wrapping moves and then hopefully Suction Cups or at least an ability that buffs trapping moves. That would be a nice gimmick. Sucks it isn't part Water, Poison or even Electric tho, all types that it looks like it could be. Seems like this generation they went with giving everything monotypes or what you could basically expect. The only real surprise for me honestly has been the regional forms as far as typing. All the new Pokemon have exactly what typing you would expect and very few are dual types

Fighting types were never about who looks pretty, faggot. It’s about who hits the hardest. That said octoboxer looks good.
