>>40720013>Why is it considered bad by Star Wars fans?Its bad for many reasons. TFA was unoriginal and boring. TLJ was somewhat more original but made little sense, broke space combat, made the main hero into a deadbeat (JJ did the same thing with Han, Leia, R2 and 3PO by making them losers or wash outs or turned off for 20 years for no reason), some characters serve no purpose other than to be annoying, Rian's OCs add even less to the plot, the FO is retarded, their new main villain proved to be less than nothing and died like nothing so they have to forcefully bring back Palpatine now by paying Ian McDirmad 35 million for a 5 minute cameo and there's no cohesive narration. And these are just a few of the many problems with this movie and Disney Wars as a whole without counting forsaken alien designs, awful and unoriginal ship designs, discarding previous source material, over emphasis on OT-only pandering (which is the star wars equivalent of mindless Genwunner pandering), terrible comics, EA games that turned out to be literal scams and a mess of other countless things which make the problems concerning Gamefreak look like a drop in the bucket.
