I feel as though I'm a very easy pokemon fan to please- like I've yet to be disappointed thoroughly by a game and a generation and before these leaks, I genuinely still believed this gen would be no different but these leaks are just... They look OFF? They look wrong and I can't put into words why other than the garish colors and the weird design elements that don't properly carry over from prevolutions. I don't know what alternate dimension I walked into where everyone likes these designs suddenly and I don't see the appeal to like. 95% of them? I want to go back to when everyone hated pokemon for stupid reasons and I liked the new mons because at least then I liked the designs. This has to be fake or some shit I'm holding onto the vein hope that the dry hype season gave someone months to prepare a very elaborate hoax.
