it's not really meant to be a wild animal i guess. the whole concept of pokemon evolving is because of their special bond with their trainer, which is why there aren't as many evolved pokemon in the wild as there are base forms which kind of explains why as scorbunny evolves he takes on more human influence

that being said, it doesn't explain pokemon like tyrogue or sawk

Digitigrade legs work fine for lucario and some others but both rabbits and lizards are flat footed. I mean complaining about science in pokemon is dumb, he's already pretty much wearing pants made of his own fur I think, but it is the one time a humanish leg actually makes sense in some way.
