The color scheme for some of these mons are just dumb, put this against a white background and you can't even see it, it doesn't stick out to your eyes

The designs need more oranges and blues to actually catch your eye

Skim the catalogue page with your peripheral vision and you won't even be able to see this mon against the background

Gamefreak doesn't care if it becomes objectively worse gameplay wise, they lowered alolan dugtrios speed and got rid of arena trap for an ability that lowers opponents speed when hit, on a nigga with 35 hp. They took away the only thing that made it good for a minor redesign. They don't give a shit

Pretty sure it's base 90 or 95. A fair bit below average.
As others have said, physical ice moves suck (or rather, Fire has a lot more powerful moves generally than most other types), and now it's worse defensively. Strict downgrade, as it always is when something becomes Ice type.
