First off, this thing is supposed to be a fucking stealth bomber and it's coated in bright-ass cyan and red. If it was desaturated a little bit, maybe it would work. But GF just wanted a bright dragon for kids to stare at, so there's that.
Teal and grey would be a shitty ass color scheme, because it would lack personality, so OP is stupid too.
The best option is probably a dark maroon hue. Red toned things give off a sense of aggression and danger, which thing is clearly supposed to be. On top of that, you can keep the bright green accents on the eyes and make them match the arrow lines on his chest to keep the whole thing coherent and really make it pop. The cyan on it's lower body right now throws off the weight of the entire design. Bottom half is one palette, upper half is another. It feels disjointed.
>TLDR: Everyone's ideas are shit, this needs a half decent recoloring.
