I easily think it's the worst dex of any generation yet.
1 = 2 => 3 > 6 > 5 > 4 > 7 > 8 in dex quality; though 1, 2., and 3 being equal is sort of wierd, it's less they are equal and more they change based on how much you weigh quantity of good designs, proportions of good designs, or the amount of like top favorite designs (gen 1 has the most designs I like out of any gen, but plenty of bad ones, gen 2 has the most of my top favorites but is meh otherwise, gen 3 is pretty soildily all designs I like/are okay, but very few I love and also very few bad ones)
