Okay, by objectively looking at the new pokemon and galar forms, How would you rate the gens from worst to best?

Mine:
4 > 3 > 8 > 5 > 7 > 1 > 6 > 2

For my personal opinion generation after 5, Pokemon keeps getting worst and worst until at gen 7&8 i can't even accept the new Pokemon, I complete my gen 7 playthrough with old Pokemon and release the starter

I honestly fucking love some of the galar mons, Eternatus and Grimmsnarl and Orbeetle especially, but there's more total fucking misses this gen than any other. That penguin makes me want to hurl.

Really doesn't help that they cut the coolest group of Pokemon ever made, but I think even being objective I can say I dislike at least half of the galar mons. And that's a lot more than most regions, I'm pretty lenient.

This is the one and only time I have ever looked at a new gen of mons with so much distaste. I have enjoyed fucking everything until now, Alola especially. What the fuck went wrong? I don't know if Turner is entirely to blame, because his own mons besides Vaniluxe have been consistently good. Maybe they decided to give the gaijin the short stick and make him the scapegoat when the rest of the team had fuckall ideas for this gen.
