I'm fine with Runerigus being Ground but for novelty's sake it could have been Rock just as easily. Same for Cursola.
All three starters being monotypes is disappointing.
Falinks and Grapplocs are interesting idea, but why have both of them monotype when their designs scream more interesting combinations?
Again, I like the new Pokemon for the most part, the only one I really dislike is Drednaw's pre-evo. There's just a comple of decisions in there that I find really odd.
