Another gen where anons freak out about Pokemon designs another gen where they claim to love the designs in a couple of months..
Its all so tiresome.
You know having a minority opinion doesn't mean you have good taste right?

I like a few of the new designs, like the fossil and jet dragonghost. That doesn't mean that some of them weren't huge mistakes like the disney squirrel.

No generation ever has only good Pokemon designs. That wasn't the case in gen 1 and will never be the case.

oh, sure
this gen is great design-wise
it doesn't have any sigilyph-tier perfection, but the fossils for example are amazing

That's the whole problem OP. I actually really like a lot of the new Pokemon, but I'm still not buying it because of the massive dex cut and the underwhelming move from handhelds to consoles.

This isn't a thread about people not buying because of dex cuts or graphics. This is a thread calling out the anons who claim that James Turner is a bad art director and is responsible for "ruining" Pokemon.
