What did they expect to come from this? They cut just around 2/3rds of the pre Gen-8 dex,, and for what? Like actually, fucking what? From what we've been told, the campaign is nothing special, just the usual Pokemon story campaign. And the postgame is the same experience we've been getting since Gen 6 where you have a 2 hour story mission and then sit in the Battle Tower and do online (except this time you're gonna have to pay $20 bucks to do so) but now your choices of Pokemon are so fucking limited you can't even pad out the content of the games as much as you could with Gen 6-7.
How is this real? And how the fuck are there people defending it?
