To be honest, its hard to justify any of the original 151 getting cut. Maybe jynx because of todays retarded politics but thats pretty much it.
Those are the only mons that were created with no point of reference, its what actually constitues a pokemon. Every new pokemon was later designed to look like a pokemon, people working on the games were asking themselves yeah but does it really look like a pokemon? At some point during gen 5 they lost their shit. Gen 6 is mostly fine but then gen 7 brought UB and now we have this fucking shit and we dont even get the actual pokemon
I'm fine with a regional dex and a pokemon not appearing during the main campaign. Gen 5 is actually a fresh experience just because there were no old shit, but not being able to transfer it for the postgame? Thats bullshit
