You can tell someone other than the usual designers made it. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if it WAS Toby who designed it since its very similar to one of his unused icecube head character.
I'll still probably use it to see how it does in battle.
The one that actually baffles me is Carkoal. I get Coalossus because it was a missed opportunity but Carkoal is a cute minecart monster. Flows well with Rolycoly.
