This gen is the last straw. People have been complaining since gen 5 but these are beyond redemption. Game freak doesnt care about what it takes for something to be a pokemon anymore. There is no design philosophy they would be happier making yokai watch at this point

Its not because of their designs. its because GF mainly panders to them and no one else. Hell, Gen 6 introduces megas yet not a single Kalos mon can mega evolve and Kanto mon not only get more but also dual megas for Zard and Mewtwo.

Tell me the objectively great designs from Kanto. Kanto has lots of good designs that work in their simplicity and lack of presumption, but what great designs it has? Mewtwo is the only one I can think of.
Galar has designs that reached a new low, but the best designs there are also way better than any Kanto had to offer back then.

They arent eggs, theyre seeds. Seel is a combination of a seal and a unicorn. Mr Mime is fucking creepy and if you want to nit pick it go ahead. Even if these are weaker designs they dont even compare to the volumes of horrible pokemon introduced in the gens after 3. Especially the new gen. Holy shit there are maybe 1 or 2 good pokemon in that. If you want my opinion on design.
