A lot of diehard Pokemon fans older than 25 are autistic and also the most vocal on Reddit / Twitter or /vp/. What do autists hate the most? Change. When B/W came out people called it the death of Pokemon with the worst designs ever (thrash bag pokemon, ice cream pokemon etc), yet fans regard the fifth gen as among the best now. When X/Y came out people called it the death of Pokemon again due to its new non-sprite based engine and Mega Evolutions. Then Sun/Moon came out and there were no gyms and Alolan forms and everyone claimed the death of Pokemon again because they're "running out of ideas". Now we have a brand new mainline Pokémon game, on Nintendo's main console and not its handheld for the very first time. And people bitch and moan about muh only 400 Pokémon because it doesn't have muh Squirtle. So what?? Is 400 not enough??

Transfering all your Pokemon from game to game is autistic af and only a tiny, tiny minority of Pokemon fans do this. And the funny thing is: the game is not even out, literally no one has played it.. Every fucking new gen is the same, bitching and whining and cherry picking the two or three mediocre or weird designs and then blowing it all out of proportion.
You're just miserable and frustrated and it has nothing to do with Pokémon. Grow the fuck up.
