Is there any other way to get any previous regional starters in B2W2 without another DS/3DS nowadays? Just throwing this out there.

You can still set up a DNS server and get them from the GTS the classic way. It's harder now but it's still possible.

Well there's PkmnClassicGTS, but I can't seek any pokemon that I don't have in my dex.
