Someone like Bea, for example, WOULDN'T look better with a light skin because her whole design is made with her tone in mind and has a nice contrast with her hair and other accessories, but in Nessa's case she really does look better. I'm not saying she should be full on white or super pale, but even a light brown or some soft arab like tan would've worked wonders.
