It doesn't affect recoil moves or draining moves or high-crit ratio moves or moves with unique effects such as increasing power, charging turns, switching out, etc.
So it would probably affect a lot of the Max moves that raise speed or lower the targets' stats or w/e, maybe not the ones that set weather and terrain. Also it can hold a Life Orb, which keeps its damage boost but has its 10% HP cost negated by Sheer Force, in case you didn't know. So that could be good on G-Max Copperajah. We'll see.
