Unpopular opinion time: I love this design. I think the aviators and bomber jacket add a unique touch without utterly dominating the design, and the body shape is stylized and exaggerated without being utterly ridiculous. Also, bonus points for having functional-looking eyes. Of course, this doesn't matter now since Boltund is predictably meh at at best and everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but if this had made the dex I would have classified it as a 'good' pokemon at the least.
