Stats are more or less like Volcarona's.
Sadly the ability sucks (Shield Dust).
Movepool may save it though.

I noticed that most of the mons that have shield dust as their ability also tend to get compound eyes or tinted lens as their second or hidden ability. So let's hope this trend continues.

Do we know if it has another ability, putting aside its HA? I'm not too worried about its move pool. So long as it gets Ice Beam, Blizzard, Bug Buzz, and Quiver Dance was confirmed in a picture, it's pretty much got all it needs STAB wise. Energy Ball would be nice coverage, and it has Dazzling Gleam for a Fairy attack. It's looking pretty good.

In PokeMMO people sometimes use it over Volc since it has a better matchup against stall.

Shield Dust is decent/underrated. Unless the movepool includes a ground move or it gets Tinted Lens, it'll have problems with coverage.

What else does it really need? It's coverage is solid enough, personally. Maybe Energy Ball, and possibly Hurricane.

Ground move at best. Even a water move would be okay but Scald is likely impossible and surf/hydro pump are just plain unlikely. All in all, unless it has Tinted Lens it's going to run Ice Beam, Bug Buzz and HP Ground alongside quiver dance

Bug and Ice are both basically the ginger stepchild types for Gamefreak, specially when it comes to coverage so this thing's movepool will probably not be expansive at all.
