Add to it, Ferrothorn actively benefits from both rain and sand making an easy staple to counter rain more than sand, and pex is just a good counter, period.
Essentially it'll be as meta as rain teams in gen 7, OU but a more niche bunch, but don't expect barraskewda to top since you'll be forced to deal with ferro and pex alot more
